In February of 2019, the major market indexes run close to the long-term resistance levels. Three times in the past, S$P 500 and Nasdaq 100 indexes reversed down strongly from this level. Also, we had number of volume and Breadth signals suggesting the increased risk of a strong down move. Therefore, we remained in cash and no signals were generated.
